What experience level are your programs for?
All levels, whether you’re starting from zero or already training. Each program is structured so you can progress at your pace, with clear guidance. If you’re unsure where to begin, I’ll recommend the right starting point.
Who are the programs designed for?
This coaching is specifically for men and boys. Programs, language, structure and accountability are built with male development, performance and confidence in mind.
What’s the difference between Program-Only vs 1:1 Coaching?
Program-Only = you get the plan and tools — and you run with it.
1:1 Coaching = we work closely together. You get custom adjustments, accountability, check-ins, and someone making sure you actually follow through.
What equipment do I need?
Most programs are built for a regular gym setup (dumbbells, machines, barbell access). If you only train from home, tell me — I’ll direct you to a home-based option or adjust where possible.
How do check-ins work?
Weekly check-ins are done online — you submit data (weights, reps, how sessions felt), and I give feedback or adjust the plan as needed. Elite 1:1 clients also receive messaging access Mon–Fri.
Do you offer refunds?
Programs are non-refundable once delivered. Coaching is a service — results come from your consistency. I’m here to guide you, but you must show up.
